After you do business with your customers why not follow up a week or so later with an email, “How are you?”, “We trust you are happy with us”, “Can we be of any more assistance” or ”Would you write a review for us please”.

This way customers feel like you’re invested in the relationship. Especially if you make the call or email more personal, for example you can add a sentence such as, “When we were there the dog Chaos was not well I do hope he is on the mend now”, or “You were about to head out to Bali, how was your trip?”
